Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha: Which Laundry Room Fits 4–6 Guests?

For a family trip to Okinawa, finding a hotel with an in-room washer-dryer solves one problem. Finding a room that actually accommodates everyone solves another. At Tokyu Stay Okinawa Naha, the largest room is not the one with the highest guest limit.

The booking catch: two family categories are both 31 m², but one is listed for up to four guests and the bunk-bed version for up to six. The 59 m² Premier Riverside Twin is capped at four.

Three rooms to compare before booking

The official room page lists an in-room washer-dryer, kitchenette and microwave for each category below, plus separate bath and toilet facilities. Your party size—not access to laundry—is the first filter.

For four: compare the space you will use

Start with Residential Family Room if your priority is keeping four people in one room with laundry. A 31 m² room can serve a different purpose on a two-night city stop than on a week with several afternoons indoors.

Before paying for more floor area, picture an ordinary evening: suitcases open, clothes drying, someone bathing and another person settling a child. Ask for the actual four-person bed arrangement. A room’s maximum occupancy does not tell you how much floor space remains when every sleeping place is prepared.

Compare Premier Riverside Twin if extra space matters enough to justify its rate. At 59 m², it offers substantially more listed floor area, but still only up to four guests. Check its layout rather than assuming that the extra space includes separate bedrooms.

For five or six: find the bunk-bed category first

The bunk-bed family room is the category in this shortlist with a listed capacity of six. Its floor area remains 31 m²: accommodating more people does not make it a larger room.

For older children or a group happy to share one space, that can be a useful option to investigate. For a toddler, someone uncomfortable climbing, or travelers who need different bedtimes, inspect the bunk layout and ask the hotel about suitability before choosing it.

Search with everyone included. Enter all adults and each child’s age, then look for the words “bunk beds” in the room name. Do not select a standard family room and assume the hotel can add two guests later.

Use Naha as a practical city stop

The hotel’s official page places it about three minutes on foot from Tsubogawa Station. Don Quijote occupies the first and second floors, which offers an on-site place to look for everyday supplies. Check current stock rather than relying on a specific baby product being available.

That combination makes this property worth comparing for a Naha arrival, departure or laundry stop. It does not resolve transport for every beach or sightseeing day elsewhere on Okinawa’s main island. Work out those journeys before deciding how many nights to stay here.

Turn the shortlist into a booking

  1. Match the exact category. Confirm capacity and each guest’s age eligibility.
  2. Check sleeping places. For four, request the full bed arrangement; for five or six, inspect the bunks.
  3. Compare the same package. Include breakfast, cancellation terms and total price for the entire party.

For four guests, compare the standard family room with Premier Riverside Twin. For five or six, check the bunk-bed family category first, then compare its total rate with booking two rooms. The better value depends on your party’s sleeping preferences as well as the price.
