Booking a laundry-equipped hotel does not guarantee a laundry-equipped room. At Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba, Standard Queen has no washer-dryer. At Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka, both room categories below already have one.

- Choose it for: Separate beds, eating out and reheating food.
Before booking: A kitchenette is not listed on this room page. Choose a kitchenette category if you plan to cook.
Superior Queen with Washing Machine
25 m² · One queen bed
- Facilities: Washer-dryer, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator/freezer. Kitchenware can be borrowed.
- Choose it for: A shared bed and some self-catering.
Before booking: The room overview calls it “Superior Queen Living.” Match the bed type and facilities if a booking site shortens the name.
Privilege Twin with Washing Machine
26 m² · Two single beds
- Facilities: Washer-dryer, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator/freezer.
- Choose it for: Separate beds plus a kitchenette.
Before booking: It is only 1 m² larger than Superior Twin. Compare the rate for the kitchenette and other listed Privilege benefits, rather than expecting much more floor space.

Skip Standard Queen if you need laundry.
The 21 m² Standard Queen explicitly has no washer-dryer, kitchenette or microwave. It has a shower-only bathroom. Check the official exclusions.

Key difference: both categories have a kitchen and washer-dryer. The larger apartment adds separate areas.
Studio Room Deluxe
28 m² · Double or twin beds
- Facilities: In-room washer-dryer and a well-equipped kitchen.
- Choose it for: An apartment kitchen and laundry in a compact space.
Before booking: Living, dining, kitchen and bedroom functions share an integrated space. There is no separate bedroom; layouts and views can vary from the photos.

One Bedroom Deluxe
40–44 m² · Double or twin beds
- Facilities: Washer-dryer, kitchen and separate living, dining and bedroom areas.
- Choose it for: A separate bedroom while another person uses the living area.
Before booking: Choose the upgrade for the layout. The studio already includes laundry. This recommendation does not imply soundproofing.

One double bed (180 × 200 cm) or two twin beds (each 120 × 200 cm). Official occupancy is up to three adults and one child. Confirm the third adult’s sleeping arrangement and any extra-bed charges before booking.

Check the station—not just “Namba”
- Mercure: the official site says five minutes on foot from Namba or Shinsaibashi on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line.
- Fraser: the official location information places it near Nankai Namba.
These are different station references. Check the walk from the station you will actually arrive at, especially with luggage.

Before you confirm the booking
- Match the full room name and bed type to the official category.
- Check for an in-room washer-dryer. Hotel-wide “laundry service” may mean something else.
- Check the food setup separately: microwave, kitchenette or kitchen.
- Ask about any detail your plans depend on: detergent, machine capacity, cycle duration or specific cookware. These are not consistently established by the linked room pages.
